I prefer a team that can run. Being forced to pass on 3rd and 2 every time because you have no confidence in running is every bit as bad as being scared shitless to throw on 3rd and 5.

I don't want flashier. I want more productive. You can be "non flashy" to a fault if you do so at the expense of production.

Hi Les. I like running it most of the time too, but our play calling has sucked.

Also, the stats the OP posted also show that we've had few very good offensive years in the last 10 years.
