Good food pairings for pumpkin beers?

Backstory: I have been out of the country for a year. I love fall beers, especially the seasonal pumpkin beers. I knew I would miss them this season so I asked a couple friends to collect as many as they could find in BR/Nola so we could have a pumpkin night.
Well pumpkin night is Saturday and we have 16 beers to sample. I'd like to bring some foods that pair nicely with the tasting session.
Any suggestions? TIA

We did a cracklin crusted pan fried porkchop and happened to have a st Arnold pumpkinator. It pretty damn well together.

a good pairing for pumpkin beer would be the bottom of the sink and a good beer.

We tried a pumpkin beer tasting a few weeks back and the spices got cloying in no time. We stopped after about 15-20 bottles. As for pairings I have no idea.
