The "no knock" warrant was based on the testimony of a meth addict that had stolen Mr. Hooks vehicle two nights before out of the drive way. Tells the police that he "found" 20 hits of meth in the SUV. Are you kidding me?

The police knew that the Hooks had prior thefts from their property. Why can't the police go to the house at 5am and just knock on the door with the warrant? How about wait until suspect gets in his vehicle, stop him in the driveway and then search the house? This is BS.

This is like a fact pattern from a Crim Pro exam - Find all the holes.
