No it's up. There's actually a site called "everyone or just me" or something. Google it. It'll let you know if a site is down or if there's some problem on your end. Big money sites like youtube don't go offline too often (if ever).

Everything is working except the actually video. I've used two different computers (one Mac,One PC) and an Android mobile.
