The limp turns out to be fatal disease, so Jax says WTF and kills a bunch of folks, rats out others to the cops, and smashes his bike into the rock where John Teller died.
Later, we see a musical montage set to a slow, earnest version of "Highway to Hell" (never happen; rights too expensive) of the boys going through Jax's leathers and shite in a box in the attic, putting them on, then aging into little thugs, selling weed in the HS parking lot, beating up kids, etc.
Then the Teller boys get sent to Juvie Detention, where they encounter the older and bigger illegitimate son that Juice never knew he had. The Juice spawn takes his father's revenge on the Tellers by pounding their tight asses until they, too, commit suicide, ensuring no sequel. Whew!
Credits roll, followed by an announcement from Sutter that he is working on a prequel, "John and Gemma: A Love Story," starring him as JT and a heavily made-up Katie Segal as a young Gemma. The entire viewing audience commits mass suicide.
