The only way to have them win co-heismans is if they both play....

no wonder this offense never established any consistency. how the hell can you expect your starting qb/offense to drastically improve if they are only practicing together 50% of the time

and yet people want them to split time in actual games.

All I know is AJ is not the answer at qb. The staff can try to build his confidence as much as possible by continuing to let him play regardless of production but the talent just isn't there.

Then why in the hell are they splitting time in practice?

Miles is either lying like usual or more inept than we previously thought when it comes to developing qbs

After MNF last night, Steve Young and Trent Dilfer were talking about the Browns QB situation. They both agreed that there is nothing wrong with letting both play. Have the backup come in for a series or two in both halfs with his own package. Both QBs know this will happen before the game. No big deal. Browns still have something to play for.

I don't understand why LSU cannot do this and will never understand why Harris did not go in the Arkansas game at some point in the 2nd half.

B) Miles is lying, AJ has gotten the bulk, and has just not improved.
This is correct answer. Its obvious that every press conference regarding spring practice and throughout the season is total bullshite coming from Miles. I like Miles but he intentionally lies about practice performances and participation.

You realize we have only two scholarship QBs on this team, so I'd hope they'd be splitting the QB reps in practice.

That said, I think people may be misquoting Les and his idiotic method of trying to be a smartass. Did he actually claim it was 50/50 of 1st team snaps or 50/50 of practice snaps.

That will be the key. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if our Mensa-like coach didn't think carefully about how he worded his statement.

Yeah, it's a bit puzzling why we would split reps 50/50 when we don't split snaps at all.

Just ask Miles. He will tell it straight.

Another thread about how Miles hasn't handled Harris and Jennings correctly written by someone who has no clue about coaching.
