I use several Harmony remotes at different tvs in my house and each TV has at least one of the devices you have listed and each remote handles them flawlessly.
Chromecast and the Amazon Fire TV are the only devices that the Harmony remote won't run. The Chromecast uses another device to cast and control its content and the Amazon Fire uses A blue tooth remote to control it.
Harmony is the brand you should buy.

This will depend on your TV. My 2011 model LG detects the fire as a simplink device and I can control it using the TV remote.
