That paradox exists if the creators of the tesseract were the descendants of the humans no matter which group they'd descended from

EMBRYOS
The embryos evolve away from Earth and develop the technology that allows them to create the wormhole, which allows the embryos to get away from Earth and survive in the first place.

LEFT BEHIND HUMANS
Murphy gets TARS' data, which allows her to solve gravity so the humans can leave the planet and evolve and develop the technology that creates the wormhole, which allows Cooper and TARS to dive into the black hole and send the data back to Murphy.
