The Big XII won't expand football only
They expand they will look for New Mexico and New Mexico St
They have natural rivalries already play teams can make divisions easy to make
Coog High has a chance but doubt it
SMU has no shot due to no baseball but would be better option than Coog High.

Houston does have the brand new stadium going for them.

Without a doubt. It's 2011 all over again.
I was going to say the same thing.

They don't want Houston due to the Comminity College label and god awful basketball

Conference championship games are a double-edged sword, and over the years, I've seen just as many teams get hurt by conference championship games (eg. Kansas State 1998, Tennessee 2001, Missouri 2007, Alabama 2008, etc.) as I've seen benefit from them.

Pretty irrelevant.
Everyone else has one. You need to be judged on a level playing field with everyone else.

You're missing the point.
1) The only reason people are harping about the conference championship games today is because Oregon, Alabama, Ohio State and Florida State all won theirs. If one of those teams had lost, a Big 12 team would be in the playoffs and no one would be bitching about a CCG.
2) If either TCU or Baylor had finished the season undefeated (eg. FSU 1999, Miami 2001, Ohio State 2002, USC 2005, etc.), that team would be thankful that it didn't have to risk it all in a CCG.
3) The conference championship games were conceived as a money grab, not out of any sense of fair play, and it would be stupid in a conference that plays a round robin. When the Big 12 was considering a CCG, the AD's polled the coaches for their opinion. The coaches voted 12-0 against, but the AD's said told the coaches "screw you", we want the money.
