Save an extra $110 and buy the Bose S5 noise cancelling headphones. U can often catch them on sale for $260. The noise cancelling and sound quality cannot be beat.
Also check out Plantronic Backbeat Pro. Can find for $199. Noise cancellation not as good but are bluetooth if that is a need.

What are you using them for first of all? I have several pairs of headphones, I like the in-ears for working out but on an airplane they can make it tough to balance the pressure in your ears. I prefer over-ear models for flying or listening to music at work.
