Took a nice 4 day break from drinking. And the late shift has been kicking my arse. Time to relax a bit.
FB of the W / Fossil Cove Brewing Paleo Pale Ale
Not a bad little hoppy PA. It's got a nice nose and the balance of hop to malt is there. What holds it back is the thin / light body and a lingering bitterness that is rather flat. Needs some floral or citrus notes to give it some more depth. Overall a decent attempt.
