I was such a huge Lana/Clark fan until the episode where Clark and Lois are being tortured into telling the truth and Lois is forced to admit she loves Clark (albeit she later denies it). After that I was all about some Clois.

Don't get me wrong, Smallville is a great argument as to why Clois is good and it works as I throughly enjoyed it. Its practically the only venue that I really enjoyed it as I just never felt in the comics or even the 90s show with Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher.
But I still feel that Superman is a better match with Wonder Woman. The Princess and Farmboy works together on a character level. Superhero careers alone, Superman is practically a god, only a goddess could understand him and relate to him and Wonder Woman fits that bill.
