Doesn't matter to me, I just want to store my music library and videos with the SD storage.
You're other points make sense though.
One of the main reasons I've decided to ditch the iPhone because as it stands, with 2 year contract $300 gets you 16GB iPhone 6+ and $250 gets you 32GB on the Nexus 6.
