This is a such a passive mentality. If you are going to make a change, have a plan and execute. If Alleva and co. has a Miles replacement in mind, someone that has Tiger roots, then make the change.
History is littered with NFL and College teams that thought they needed to make a change for change sake and ended up in much worse shape.
"Sometimes You Need To Change" is the 50 year old guy that divorces his wife thinking he is going to have a chance at Jennifer Lawrence, but only ends up sleeping with Mama June.

Also a good post. I think most reasonable fans are pretty torn. He's better than most, but we're still not sure he's up to the challenge of taking us back up to that championship tier.
