re: UAB protest almost turn violent when Watts leaves press conference

It really is silly to think that not having a Divisions 1 football team isn't good for a school.

To think, had the BoT allowed UAB to hire Jimbo, it probably would have led to better recruiting, and better coaches wanting to be a part of the program after he left, letting their football program be much better.
The BoT has done everything in their power to make sure that UAB football program never became successful.
