Target is 10% of base, but my company can choose a funding percentage based on company performance. 2011 and 2012 were in the 80's IIRC, but last year was fully funded. This year will be fully funded as well.

I got notified at 5pm I'm getting a six figure bonus and I'm pissed.......it was $100k short of what my profit center equation is but was told my year was an anomaly.
One region lost money, so they are taking the balance of bonus pool and paying out blanket bonuses to "hard working senior managers" who were looking at no bonus.
While I'm glad they avoided the jelly of the month club, frick that noise.
