Smaller seats, crowded planes; the airlines absolutely do not care about your comfort.

Had a lady last week try to make me leave the armrest up so her thighs could ooze into my seat. She actually said that the armrest pinches her and called a flight attendant. I shoved the armrest down and forced her into her seat. Attendant didn't say a word and walked off. Unreal.
