I don't think that CLM Wants to be average. He just doesn't know how to improve himself. I think that after doing something for 10 years and being more successful than you had been Oklahoma State, it's hard to even consider changing anything. He may honestly feel that it's not broken but until he sees it from a fans perspective he has no reason to look at himself
