No. Intentional act(willful and malicious injury)is not dischargeable.

I remember when Asians rioted after he was aquitted. Justifiable IMO.

Not going to do a spinoff, but anyone know what happened to Bonnie.

According to witnesses he acted in a lawful manner.
It doesn't really sound like that to me. I don't think you can shoot people for ringing your door bell. It just looks like either they couldn't completely prove that it was unlawful or the jury fricked up by applying too high of a burden on it.

We went to church with her 1997-1999. They divorced before then. She was a sweet lady. We never knew Rodney.

I grew up with his nephew. I remember this incident well.

I don't know how accurate that description you just gave of the incident is, but yes that's him
Japanese exchange student. Was going to a Halloween party, went to the wrong house. When the homeowner came to the door he busted a disco move and the guy shot him.

Nothing criminally ever happened to Rodney Peairs other than a minimal manslaughter charge. It's a fricking tragic story.
Webb Haymaker (Hattori's American student host who I knew from middle school) took him to the party that night. Webb testified that he backed the frick up and tried to get Yoshi to do the same.
But Yoshi did not understand the mistake they made and moved forward towards the door. This was a Terrible accident because of a culture and language barrier. Not murder.

Sure, it was a terrible accident. However, he also intentionally killed an unarmed child who presented no apparent danger to him. That's essentially murder, in the third degree.

They divorce
He got civil suit
I don't understand, McKinley high students going to a party in central ?

Cmon. Was a stupid wrongful act but there’s no need to say “child”. Was a 16 year old kid.
Reminds me of when the media misuses words like that to suit an agenda.

This Japanese student wasn't threatening

Bonnie, like any woman, who imo was as much or more to blame as her husband, would have divorced him as soon as she knew they were going to have to live in a trailer.
I would bet anything she has married up the ladder to some richer man from her church. That is an easy one to imagine. Just think what the typical woman would do. Your vows and the idea of Stand by Your Man only goes as far and long as the $$ keep rolling in.
By the way, my how time flies. I would have sworn this incident happened just a decade or so ago.
