You ever thought that maybe those rare times that it actually does work, the light is actually just ready to turn green?

I know it's hard to believe, but yes the lights turn green on their own.

There are weight sensors that can trigger lights but flashing? Come the frick on.

No they don't, something always triggers a light to turn, whether it be a sensor or a timer. Usually a sensor.
