re: Anyone willing to admit they are a mediocre cook?

my great aunt was complaining that she doesnt move as fast in the kitchen anymore. like she knows what to do, but she cant move decisively and throw down a large meal anymore.
so in that sense a cook is like an athlete or some shite. or its kinda like playing an instrument.
Its a combination of God-Given talent, and independent application. Both of which will be eroded by cruel father time.
