Not so obvious to the people on this board, is it? Many think Miles is the problem. Many think Miles has a personal vendetta on Harris. Many think Cam is a bad playcaller.

I don't think any of those things. I think the source of our problems are with the OC not teaching to the level of the QBs on the roster. Secondly, if the guys aren't getting it, then the playbook has to be altered.

ETA: The hard decision is determining whether you think the current QBs will eventually "get it" by the end of spring practice. Otherwise, the playbook needs to be reworked wholesale in the off season. Our problems will not be fixed by the bowl game.

I agree with this, but that goes right back to this:

He is the problem, but he has also won a lot of games in his career, but make no mistake about it, he is the problem, and he is the only 1 that can solve the problem.

This is a very young team, but the QB problem at least for this season falls on Les.

2 Mistakes he made, leaving Welter in the LB position way too long, and not having a capable QB for this season. All is not lost, but he will need to come up big next season, or the powers that be will start to think like the rant, and that is trouble for Les.
