love the concept, but it loses a good bit in size reduction translation. becomes much more difficult to regulate temperature, especially as weather temps drop below 60 degrees. the pit heat just leave through the vent system at an alarming pace

good morning all...

not only don't we have a microwave and oven (circuit board out), but the stove at the rental house went out as well...

It's easy to lose heat at those temps and I definitely burn through a lot more pellets when cooking or smoking in that temp range.
