I think I'm just going to let it play out and just when she comes back lay down the law on the bitch and tell her what's up

That means you are taking the relationship seriously

Wrong move

Be a nice guy, have a good time, just don't put any investment into this one

Both of you will also be happier

Don't do that, dude.

Seems to me that she has feelings for you but she wants to sow some wild oats before getting serious with one guy. Yeah, she may be dating and doing other dudes, but, so what? She's not your wife or fiancee. Let her have some fun.

How about this? You do likewise ! You two aren't married, so, see other people and play the field for a year or and see what's up after that.

Look at it this way: you don't want to get married until you are 30, so, you and she have got YEARS to figure this out. In the meantime, love life, have a love life and be well.

Buy a good but inexpensive guitar and learn a few songs. That way, whenever you start thinking about her, you can get your guitar and practice -- do something worthwhile rather than ruminate over her.
