So peaceful is surrounding a dude's car and jumping on the hood?

Why should we feel sympathy for those morons?

Why not just move out of the way?

Your sympathies lie wherever they may; that's not something I'm trying to impose upon you.

But, for instance, I've driven through the Bywater the past couple of days to get over to Exxon in Chalmette and twice I've nearly slammed on my brakes; once due to a vagrant who alit from the curb in front of me for no reason I could discern & the second time b/c a guy & two girls decided to cross the street at an intersection despite me clearly having a green light to proceed.

Pissed me off both times, but I didn't lay on the accelerator.

You are not talking about protesters blocking a thoroughfare. You are talking about pedestrians who were not safely crossing. Completely different. And you know it.

You didn't have a group of 20 plus people around your car, sitting on the hood and pounding on your windshield. Your two aforementioned situations are entirely different.

Great analogy.

They also weren't threatening you on the hood of your car. There also seemed to be some sort of time table when they would move the frick out of your way. A when the couple crossed the street. B when the vagrant realized you were not going to give him dollar. Your story brings no value to this situation. But Thanks
