Quick one, I do think wilson should have seen his day in court though. The DAs handling of the secret jury is questionable at best.

The secret jury?

Why would Wilson go to court? He did nothing wrong.

What are your feelings about the business owners from that community losing everything they own because of the riots? Trial aside

It's absolutely baffling that you people, yeah I said it, simply do not understand how a grand jury works.

Talk about rhetoric! The Grand Jury process is now called the "secret jury" by the ignorant race pimps.

he did

do you understand what a grand jury is?

all they had to do was find there was PROBABLE CAUSE to bring a case forward

thats it

its questionable to present to a grand jury every piece of evidence that state and federal investigators have uncovered? how? itd be questionable if only some evidence was presented to sway the grand jury in a certain direction, but thats not what happened

they saw EVERYTHING

just like a petit jury would see in a trial

and if a grand jury did not have enough evidence to see PROBABLE CAUSE, a petit jury would not have had enough evidence to return a verdict of guilty BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT for ANY crime
