So McCarthy and Payton are pretty damn comparable the last 3 seasons, with the statistical edge going to Payton.
Yet McCarthy is a top 5 coach, and Payton is going towards rock bottom

You want to give up a top 5 HC for an unknown. That is as dumb as people saying they want to give up Brees for draft picks.
Because top 5 coaches and qbs are readily available.
