The old white lawyer CNN has had on all day just OWNED the brown family lawyer.
ETA: basically told the brown lawyer that if his client was being charged by a 300# person he would be singing a different tune.
The Browns lawyer said he wasnt a threat. He raised his hands and started walking toward the officer.
The old white guy interrupted and said"Hold up, you should know this cause you are in criminal law, we all know the 2nd command is "Get on the ground". walking toward an officer is a threat when instructed to put your hands up and get on the ground."

This interview with the attorney on CNN is about to give me a stroke.
I cannot believe the shite he is saying unchallenged.
