screw you. I've been to all these places and go to them on a regular basis.
Keifers is very good. Food tastes the same after thee move. Brents had issues for awhile. Has a new manager and he has kicked arse and taken names.
If you want better food for dinner:
1. Ticos.
2. ANjou
3. Shapleys.
4. Table 100 but I put this one behind the other 3.
5. Walkers in Fondren or 463 in Madison.
6. Did I mention Ticos?
Jap restaurants. Sushi and hibachi very underrated. Nagoya in Madison. Little Tokyo. Went to Ichiban's last night in Flowood for hibachi. Very good.
Italian:
Amerigos is good but nothing like Ginos.
Babalu:
Guacamole made at table, Barbaritas are half off on Mondays, steak on a stick is damn good.
Coffee: Cups on Lakeland Drive or in Fondren.
Bakery: Whole Foods. Better than Broad Street.
Lunch: Two Sisters. Period.
Hal and Mal's is good. Has a good burger too. Blues night starts at 7.
Alot of us like Keifers because its good AND we can sit outside on a day like today. Most popular outdoor eating in Jackson.

I'm sorry but Tico's is hands down the worst steakhouse I have ever been to in my life. The steaks are terrible the sides are terrible the place is just dirty and grimy feeling. The last time we went, we made res for the locker room for a dinner party. Thank God I went by there the night before because whoever we made the res with had completely forgot. I walked back there to the locker room and it was so gross and had clearly been used for a junk room for several months. I told them I would rather us just be in the main dining room so they didnt have to pick up their junk. Every thing I ordered was severly over salted and my steak came well done. Unacceptable.
I think people say Tico's and Keifer's because a long time ago that was the best this area had for greek or steak. So many better options now. Glad I didn't live here back then.
