I live in a neighborhood full of those type homes. Swiss Avenue ....google it.....is about 200 yards from me. I run and ride down it all the time. Adjacent to that is Junius Heights. My house was built in 1929 but is a brick tudor style. Hollywood Heights is a neighborhood about 1/2 mile from me that is the largest collection of preserved tudors in the country....All those areas are protected. Immediately around me, all the old craftsman bungalows are being torn down for McMansions. I almost don't recognize some streets anymore....really sad.
