Aruba several hotels that do AI
Renaissance has an AI plan, a really cool pool, and a private island. You take a boat from lobby to the island. 1 side for family other for adults.
You also get access to Renaissance Ocean Suites, which has a nice lazy river and walk up bar.
Also a little plaza across from hotel with shops and casino, and the marina.

Aruba is a great minus the 40 mph wind bursts that sling sand in the form of tiny knives into your face! Didn't do an AI there, though.

If you go the Sandals route, make sure you get a butler level room. The butler is able to get you reservations to the better restaurants, reserve beach chairs for you, etc. We also chose St. Lucia because Sandals has 3 resorts that you can travel between.

I wanted to go to Costa Rica, but we ended up going to the DR....great time. At the time we stayed at Secrets Sanctuary, I believe it has been sold to someone else. It was a great resort but there are many others available there.

Try a Secrets or Zoetry resort as they are adult only. They are also part if the same AM Resort brand. I'm sure the Dreams in Costa Rica is really nice being brand new but on your honeymoon I doubt you will want little kids running around the pool etc.
We stayed at the Secrets Puerto Los Cabos in May and it was top notch...is also a brand new resort
