I got towed out of a visitors spot a few years back. I took pictures of the tire marks where they yanked it out of the visitors spot and they refused to look at them.
They also refuse to give change. What the frick kind of awful, shitty human beings don't give change after they steal your property and then hold it ransom? Truly the scum of the earth.

Local Fed EX offices do not give change, credit cards, or exact payment in cash is required.
