Scooter Libby went to jail because Richard Armitage is a man of no integrity, and did not speak up and admit that he "outed" Valerie Plame, who by the way, everyone in DC knew worked for the CIA.
That's the difference between the Dems and the GOP.
The GOP came out with a report "exonerating" the Obama Administration about Benghazi, and the Left raised a phony scandal, just to have someone go to jail, so that it might embarrass the Busy Administration.
