JFF, Jameis, and McCarron didn't get ANY snaps the year prior. 2 of these guys won the Heisman their first year starting, and the other won multiple national championships. If the guy can play, he can play. He doesn't need 5-10 plays a game to be better prepared for the next season...

Circular argument

you can'y be ready to play until you r get ready by playing.

You can be ready to play by learning the offense, learning the reads, learning the adjustment, and showing it in practice.

It not like he doesn't run plays in practice.
