If your business grows significantly and your situations become more complex, Postlethwaite and Netterville is the best firm in the state for complex matters IMO.

That was my comment because he seemed like he had a relatively small business and as it grew P&N would be a firm to look at. If he wants to pay $250/hr for a staff accountant from Big 4 who doesn't know jack to do his return, that's fine.
The Big 4 has huge clients and they can handle the absolute most complex issues (SEC filings etc.), that doesn't seem to be his need.
