So what? You want the elderly to take a test before they can make their own decisions?
Why stop at elderly, why not black people? It varies by individual but the black community is at higher risk to make bad decisions and commit crimes, thus the high incarceration rate.

So...you support grubers comments because cognitive impairment occurs as people age? If only there was some system in place currently to determine if someone was mentally incapacitated.
Would you support limiting decisions and having government mandate based on other types of aptitude evaluations as you do for elderly?
