Having no issues with mine. Took about 45 minutes to install and play.

I would just go and delete the game download in the system memory and re-install it and see if that works

I had a similar issue with COD for PS4.

Installed and started to play and it was glitching and jumping. The DVD drive was spooling up and down and making all kinds of racket.

I left it alone for about 30 minutes and restarted and all was well.

COD takes up something like 50GB on the hard drive. I would suspect GTA5 is very large also.

Even though the PS4 lets you play it is still shuffling all that data from the DVD to the HD. In my case that's what was causing the glitching until that process was done.
