When I went through it I acted like nothing happened to me. That's probably the wrong way to handle it though. But in this kind of situation, carrying on and staying busy is really the only thing that can keep your mind at ease.
Another thing; I hope more can be done to prevent suicides. It is awful, and many people don't understand just how much it will affect others.

Amazing article. I hope Ryno never leaves this team or this city. Takes some serious strength and faith. Also, I have a new found respect for Monty. He loves his players and obviously will be there for them through thick and thin.
