Order a kit off of eBay and do it yourself.
I ordered the digitizer for an iPad2 Friday off of eBay for $16.95 shipped. The screen itself was still good. The digitizer came in today and took me about an hour to fix it. It's like the 5th or 6th one I've done for someone but it's easy even for a first timer. The phones aren't much different to do.
