Does Les Miles get fined for post-game officiating comments?

I know that sometimes we see "(X) coach fined for post-game officiating criticism" - I don't know our conference's rules, exactly; I'm sure there's some line defined as not to be crossed- Like "I don't agree with the call" is OK, "the call was flat-out wrong" is not OK and draws a fine.
I don't know what Les said to national media on camera- I haven't watched a single frame of coverage or commentary. I HAVE heard just about every single post-game radio interview since he's been here, and in that entire time, there's never been ONCE that Les Miles has called out officiating as the deciding factor in a game....until Saturday night.
In referencing the personal foul call (he started his comments by saying two plays decided the outcome- one was the fumble, the other the PF call), after a pregnant pause (we know how Les "measures" his words, right? ), he said "That was NOT a personal foul."
So, did he cross the line? And will he be fined for it? Personally, I believe that during that pause, he thought "careful what you say here..." and then "screw it, screw them, and screw those refs too, let'em fine me..." and went with telling the TRUTH, and let the chips fall wherever they may. Kudos to him.
I hope they fine him, and I hope he puts "STTDB" in the memo on the check.

what?
his post game comments he very clearly said he's not even going to comment on it until he can see film.
