I have always wanted to come down south for a game and I heard a night game at Death Valley is like none other. I am a huge football fan and I heard LSU vs Alabama would be a amazing game to experience.

Son, you have made a wise choice. I can't even describe what you are about to experience.
Please be sure not to miss:
Tailgating on the Parade Grounds in front of the Student Union and the Memorial Tower and near the Indian Mounds, (among many other places on campus); the team and Coaches and Mike the Tiger walking down Victory Hill (if they can coax Mike out of his habitat); and The Goooooolden Band From Tigerland doing the pre-game parade down the Hill and playing those astounding 4 notes of "Hooooold That Tiiii-GERR!" AND be sure to get in your seat BEFORE Pregame - it is bone-chillingly incredible....

If we were somehow able to pull this game out, I cannot begin to imagine the joyful bedlam that will ensue.

Get to your seat an hour early. Watch the players and band walk down hill.

So that means, wake up at the crack of dawn!

Keeps checking in here to ask questions. You'll get good responses, plus on Friday they start posting all of the official times for Gameday activities. As in, when the team will walk to the stadium, when the band marches to the stadium, etc.

Just out of curiosity, how did you get the tickets and if you don't mind divulging, how much did you pay for them?

And the advice you're received is spot on. You & your Dad enjoy your experience and help bring the Tigers a W.
