re: LSU Pre-game/ Eateries

Actually, every restaurant near campus will be packed. If you really want to sample the best of cajun food, forgo the restaurant lines & just walk around the stadium & you will get great food & all you can drink for free, wearing your Gopher gear for sure. Tents will be set up Friday nite, so getting to campus round 9 am is not too early. You'll advoid the traffic, to some degree, by coming earlier as well. No glass containers or pissing in public, but beyond that, you're in for a real experience. Get into the stadium early too as it will be rocking early.
