Was it? I got the sense that she was still holding a grudge. (Redheads hold them forever..trust me).
The scene was very hard to interpret.

See my post above. It was their "second chance" to correct their mistakes from the first send off scene where she was crying on her bed as a girl (and threw the watch)

Cooper is scrambling to tell her that it was him communicating with her the whole time. She smiles and tells him that despite no one believing her, she knew the truth. She gives him a reason to leave and not stick around to meet his ancestors. She manages to show him that she still had a full life without him. There was nothing left for Cooper there, and she well knew that.
