I prefer the taste of a December to March Gulf oyster to any with the exception, maybe, of East Coast oysters from NC and up. I wouldn't pay 10 bucks for a 100 count sack of WC oysters.

I really wanted the VA oysters they had on the menu, but they were out. My favorite are Island Creek.
