We're pretty sure we want a gas cooktop

It's time to replace my aging electric cooktop and I've looked at gas but I'm becoming more and more intrigued with induction cooktops. Anyone have any first-hand experience with them?

I plan on an induction cooktop in our new construction. I played around with the Wolf brand at their showroom in Houston and really liked the responsiveness and ease of cleaning. Induction also is much more efficient and will heat up your kitchen less than gas and requires less ventilation.

I will put in a gas line just incase I find I don't like it (unlikely) or for resale.
