How about something built around Gordon to Detroit, Josh Smith to Boston(with his bff Rondo/assuming Rondo stays), Jeff Green to Nola. Numbers don't work straight up, but its not too difficult with fillers.
Rationale for Detroit is they fill a position of need and get rid Smith(who doesn't fit) + Gordon's contract is a year shorter. And frees them up to re sign Monroe
Boston decides to keep Rondo and bring his pal in. Simmons had been calling it a while back.
