TT9, please remove the offensive "r" word in your OP. I have devoted a significant amount of my time helping the mentally and physically handicapped, and I don't appreciate your usage of a term that makes social acceptance significantly more challenging for these precious and innocent people.

Precious and innocent? You do realize that mentally retarded and those with borderline intellectual functioning commit a significant amount of crime , don't you? They aren't all Corky with Downs Syndrome from that tv show.
