It says she was arrested in 2011 and was sentenced in May of this year. Do we have any information concerning whether she bonded out? If not, it's not exactly accurate to say that she is getting no jail time.

I'm guessing she wasn't in jail, since she moved to Florida between arrest and trial.

I only thought Judge Ware was crap before I read this article. He's a whole lot worse than any description I could come up with.
