Nothing happened in between them that would warrant keeping OM so close to the top after losing to an unranked team or keeping an unranked team so far towards the bottom after beating a top ranked team.
Does that lack of movement not seem out of place based on the history of polling of college football teams? My ire has nothing to do with LSU's rank in so far as it makes them less or more likely for any payoff. The lack of more movement in either direction makes me question the system.

Why? Ole Miss beat the committee's #6 team and lost a great game on the road to the #19 team (who has lost twice). Who do you think, based on resume, should be ahead of Ole Miss? None of the 1-loss contenders have a win as good as Ole Miss' win over Alabama.
