Redwing. Go to the redwing store on siegen road in baton rouge. They have a sole machine that looks a pressure points. Bought the insoles that were not cheap but haven't had a problem since. Lace up are way better for support.

I bought the redwing boots with a ratchet cable on them. I wore the out of the store, mowed 2 lawns, unloaded .75 yes of dirt from my pickup and my feet feel fine.
